Disclaimer: For Entertainment and Reflection

Ask the Signs is an entertainment website. Everything here, including tarot readings, yes or no answers, the card of the day and card meanings, is meant for entertainment and self-reflection.

What our tools don’t do

How to use the site

Treat the cards like a mirror: they can help you look at a situation from another side, put a feeling into words and ask yourself better questions. Base important decisions about health, money, work or relationships on facts, on conversations with people you trust and on advice from professionals.

Tarot, astrology and horoscopes

Tarot is a centuries-old card tradition, and astrology is a symbolic language that links the sky to human character. Neither has been shown to predict events. We write about both because many people find them a useful way to slow down and think, not because we believe a card or a planet decides what happens to you. When a reading says that a card “leans toward yes” or that a week “favors honest conversations,” read it as a prompt, not as a promise.

Love and other people

Many questions are about someone else: whether they will text, come back or feel the same way. No card can read another person’s mind. Our love readings talk about your feelings, your choices and the patterns you notice, and they deliberately avoid telling you what another person will do. If a relationship makes you feel unsafe, please reach out for support instead of waiting for a sign.

Health, money and legal matters

Our tools never give a yes or no answer to health questions, and nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment suggestion or a reason to delay seeing a professional. The same goes for money: a card about spending or saving is an invitation to look at your habits, not investment, tax or legal advice. If a decision could affect your health, your finances or your legal position, talk to a qualified professional.

How our texts are written

Card meanings, horoscopes and guides are written and edited by the Ask the Signs team, partly with the help of AI writing tools, and reviewed before they are published. We aim for clear, honest, practical language and correct mistakes when we find them. If something reads as a promise or as advice it shouldn’t give, please tell us at hello@askthesigns.com.

When things feel really hard

If you are going through a crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, please talk to someone right away. In the US and Canada, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), free and available 24/7. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Your questions are private

The questions you type into a reading never leave your device. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
