Why 7 and 21 days?
A week is long enough to feel a difference and short enough to stick with. Twenty-one days is a popular measure for building a habit: after three weeks of repetition, a new practice usually starts to feel easier. Research suggests real habits often take longer than that, so there is nothing magic about the number. What matters is showing up for small steps, regularly.
How it works
- Pick a challenge and tap “I’m starting today.”
- Every day you’ll see one task that takes 5 to 15 minutes. When you’ve done it, mark it as done.
- Missed a day? Catch up later. Nobody is keeping score.
- Today’s task from an active challenge also appears in My Day, next to your card of the day and mission.
Frequently asked questions
How long does one task take?
Usually 5 to 15 minutes. The tasks are small on purpose: it makes it easier to see the challenge through.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens. You can catch up on a task later or simply keep going. Direction matters more than perfection.
Is my progress saved anywhere?
Only in your browser. You don’t create an account, and nothing reaches our server.
Can I do several challenges at once?
Yes, but we recommend one, two at most. Tasks from active challenges also appear in My Day.
