Terms of Use: Rules for the Site

Effective October 12, 2026.

1. Who runs the site

The website askthesigns.com (the “Site”) is run by Valerii Makarenko, ul. Diamentowa 27/1, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 5242922390, REGON 389492421 (the “Provider”). Contact: hello@askthesigns.com.

2. Entertainment and reflection only

  1. The Site is provided solely for entertainment and self-reflection. It offers tools and content about tarot and related traditions.
  2. Card draws, yes or no answers and interpretations are generated at random or from general descriptions of symbols. They do not predict the future, do not describe real events and do not decide anything about your life.
  3. Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or any other professional advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for such advice.
  4. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them. We recommend basing important decisions, especially about health, money, work, relationships and safety, on facts and on advice from a qualified professional.
  5. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact help right away: call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, US and Canada) or call 911 in an emergency.

3. The service

  1. The Provider offers free online services: access to content and interactive tools such as Yes or No Tarot, the card of the day and tarot card meanings.
  2. Using the Site is free and doesn’t require registration. The agreement for the service begins when you start using the Site and ends when you leave it.
  3. The Site is intended for adults. Minors may use it only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Technical requirements

To use the Site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled.

5. Acceptable use

  1. You may not submit unlawful content or do anything that disrupts the Site.
  2. The Site’s content, including texts and images, is protected by copyright. Copying it for anything other than personal use requires the Provider’s permission.

6. Liability

  1. Because the Site is for entertainment, the Provider is not liable for decisions you make based on its content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. The Provider works to keep the Site available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Complaints

You can send complaints about how the Site works to hello@askthesigns.com. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days and replies to the email address the complaint came from.

8. Personal data

How we process personal data and use browser storage is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

9. Final provisions

  1. The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the scope of the service. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the Site.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, including the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Civil Code. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
