7 Days of Calm

Calm rarely shows up on its own, but you can train it like a muscle: in small steps, every day. For seven days you get one simple task that takes 5 to 15 minutes.

7 days · one task a day · your progress stays on your phone

The plan, day by day

  1. Day 1. 4–6 breathing: for five minutes, breathe in for four seconds and out for six.
  2. Day 2. Tidy one small space: a drawer, your bag or your phone’s home screen.
  3. Day 3. Turn off notifications for an hour and write down how you feel afterward.
  4. Day 4. Take a ten-minute walk without your phone in your hand.
  5. Day 5. In the evening, write down everything that worries you and set the page aside until tomorrow.
  6. Day 6. Do one thing slowly: tea, a shower, a meal. Just one thing at a time.
  7. Day 7. Review: which practice gave you the most calm? Keep it for next week ✨

Other challenges: 21 Days of Gratitude, 7 Gentle Days After a Breakup, 7 Days of Tarot, 21 Days of Confidence. Your daily card, intention and mission are waiting in My Day.
